Product Overview

Fit From Below Spreader Plates x40 250mm are designed to support installation when a fit from the above plate cannot be installed.

UFH is often an afterthought and also depending on the stage of work on a build it is sometimes better to have the flooring down and fit from below in order to help with the progress of a build. Because of the pipe centres, plates can be used in either 400/600mm centre joists. These plates give maximum coverage whilst also making installation easy. Installation of these plates can be done using a heavy-duty staple gun or screwing (please ensure you use the correct screw length).

Fit from below system works perfectly with Pozi joist, due to the fact that these joists cannot be notched. Most commonly used where boilers are the heat source.

Box Quantity of 40 Plates, coverage will depend on the application, see below example.

Example: If using on own, the standard application will be 2 plates per m2, based on 400mm joist centres – approximate coverage is 20m2 per pack.

The most common installation method is with our Heavy-duty Staples and a Staple gun.

The cost of the carriage will be displayed before your final checkout. Free delivery is available on most items for orders over £250, exceptions do apply.

Please note that our stock levels are not live. Please contact your local branch prior to purchase, so that we can ensure the product is available to you. If the product isn’t available, we can organise this through an alternative branch.

Dispatch

  • Orders will only be dispatched and delivered on weekdays.
  • Orders for the next working day delivery must be placed before 2 pm, this gives us time to pick and pack before the carrier arrives to collect.
  • We aim to dispatch all carrier delivered items within 48hrs, and all items delivered on our own transport within 5 days, Monday to Friday. Saturday Delivery can be made upon request, depending on availability.
  • An email will be sent when your goods leave us via Carrier, this email will include tracking information. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you.
  • If delivery is from a Branch, then a member of our team will be in contact with you.
